Then I go into my discord settings (works just as well for any other voicechat software) and set the microphone to the Oculus Rift S one. In this case, I just set up both the white and the yellow cable to playback into the Oculus Rift S headset. He really shortly made a reference to more output devices but doesn't go further into detail sadly. In this part of the video he goes into detail which devices to use as playback for each cable.
